记录B：宿松县公安局、宿松县松滋派出所、宿松县东北新城管委会多部门联合组织集体开会，将我一人定为涉黑涉恶势力团伙，宿松县公安局信访主任、宿松县松滋派出所吴宏松、宿松县新城管委会扫黑除恶办公室主任石甲全等，亲口跟我说他们看过我涉黑涉恶的视频证据，但是他们立案却不查案，只是以此对我恐吓、敲诈、勒索。同样龙溪观邸冤案中，宿松黑恶势力安排宿松好人榜名单上的殷元开来到被告家中，公开要求被告家属给法官行贿送礼，不行贿送礼就判刑坐牢，行贿送礼就不坐牢，可见这是宿松县法官的一贯行为。
在龙溪观邸冤案中检察院提到政治定案，什么叫政治？好人榜名单上殷元开的社会定位就是政治。要谈政治，那就面向社会，到社会到网络中来谈，公检法闭门政治是黑恶。党中央提出中国是民主社会是开放社会，谈政治就要面向社会大众。
记录C：2024/4/23 15:46》打了三个电话给殷楷斌，他没有接，但他随后上班前来路过，说他管不了。不过这辆车好像是我三叔家的，在楼上没有看清，我到3楼看的时候，路边还停着一辆棕色车，殷楷斌来的时候走了，我没看到，我以为那里还有一辆车，这里有点误会。但是院内还停着北控水务的车，他看到没有说，我转一圈回来的时候移掉了。我转到公安局大楼附近时，对面路边交警停在警务摩托车上疑似咳嗽般的发出巨大的噪音对我挑衅，还有网络给我推送的一些内容，综合起来看，不像是巧合，应该是中共黑恶监控对我精心设局，故意把我三叔家的车放在那里，让我搞错，以前他家车从来没有放那里，那个位置在他家的监控摄像头范围之外。
记录D：殷功国也不用装了，你的一举一动早在公安机关的透视监控中，有什么好装的？你觉得自己很聪明，在公安机关的透视监控中是多么的可笑。报复你的原因是你让我举报了公安局的人，他们知道是你强叫我举报的，所以没报复我，报复了你，当然是因为殷功国叫我向公安系统举报，如果是向中纪委举报，我未必干了，此次向公安系统举报，是为了再次确定背后的黑暗操手，果然，向公安系统举报就无声无息，但是向中纪委举报的会有社会反应，保密举报内容每次都会传到社会。这是因为向公安系统举报一切全在公安系统掌控中，但是向中纪委的举报他们未必能完全掌控，所以就通过透视监控把 我举报内容散布到社会。
